Vineyard relevance and respect of nature in productive mentality are the central idea connecting all producers we selected. Small production areas of excellence and very limited bottles produced are telling since years all over the world family and earth histories they are from. A lot of wines you’ll find in this menu are part of “Triple A” brend (Agricoltori, Artigiani, Artisti: farmers, artisans, artists) and FIVI (Federazione Italiana Viticoltori Indipendenti: Italian Federation Indipendent Winemakers); others bottles are from our wine cellars. It is our care to combine wine in the most appropriate way the wines for each dish of our menu.
